CCA Channel Instructions

Eliezer's channel:

Aharoni channel:

1. Make sure both the power supply and anemometer are off
2. Make sure the probe is not connected yet
3. Plug in power supply
4. Move mechanical switch to N (Neutral)
5. Turn on power supply and anemometer
6. Change the test mode to N/ADJ
7. Connect probe to anemometer with the shortage probe on
8. Move mechanical switch to adjust
9. Turn the null until the digital voltage reads zero
10. Move mechanical switch to N (Neutral)
11. Replace the shortage probe with the real probe (make sure the probe holder is secured
12. Move mechanical switch to adjust
13. Use decades to get the digital voltage back to zero. This should be the same resistance you measured of the probe alone.
14. Move mechanical switch to N (Neutral)
15. Turn damping to get digital voltage back to zero.
16. Check which filter you'd like to use
17. Move mechanical switch to operate
18. Change the test mode to operate
19. Chose gain and offset desired (+-10V).
20. When done: Move mechanical switch to N (Neutral)
